When You Join Verto Coaching you’ll go through onboarding and intake with your specialist 1-1 coach to get baseline stats. You’ll be invited to our private Verto Coaching app and set up on your education portal.
Custom Build (3–5 days): we start designing your customised program. Preferences matter: how and what you like to eat, schedule, equipment, experience, communication style. You’ll get a full overview breaking down your targets, focuses, and why it’s going to get you to where you want to be.
Ongoing Coaching: it’s our job to be 2 steps ahead—before progress slows, we adapt your program so you never go another time without making progress.
No Form Check-ins: Its not your job to fill out a form to tell us to do our job. It’s our responsibility to lead you. We identify if you are on or off track, clearly point out the constraint, and show you how to master it.
Coach Access: private unlimited 1-1 access (chat, voice notes, videos, video calls), 4+ weekly group educational calls, technique audits, nutrition assessments, blood work consults, private Verto Coaching community, and more.
Verto Coaching App: everything in one space and laid out for you.
Nutrition End Goal: we teach you how to not track—if you keep tracking, it’s your choice, not because you have to to keep results. You will know your true maintenance and deficit calories and macros specific to you!
Verto Education Portal: dive in at your own pace. We release new courses all the time. As you move through 1-1 coaching you unlock new phases with different focuses. Additional courses: hormones, training techniques, nutrition, pregnancy, and more.

As Verto’s Head Coach & Founder, Harry designs the systems and protocols behind our client results! He’s coached athletes at the top of their sports and educated coaches, doctors, surgeons, and specialists in their field on multiple international stages. Harry’s approach is relentlessly evidence-based. I’m… I mean… He is direct, straight to the point, tall and handsome! A father, husband, brother and a son!



Chloe leads Verto’s vision and coaching culture, translating high-performance methods into plans that work in real life. A former world level athlete in her sport with 10+ years of coaching, she specialises in hybrid training and glute development, with science based programming for women with hormone imbalances. Chloe has coached world champions and olympians, and her approach is relentlessly evidence-based—clear structure, precise nutrition, and results you can see. Mother, wife and one that will move the heavens to make sure you get to where you say you want to be in life… if you’re all in and coachable!


Bailey leads Client Success at Verto and coaches hybrid athletes coaching high performance across strength, muscle, and conditioning. With a B.Sc. in Exercise Science and 10+ years leading world athletes, he specialises in HYROX prep and endurance builds for marathons and Ironman—turning structured progressions into high performing results. You will find Bailey catching the next spontaneous flight with his family and enjoying delicious foods from around the world while keeping his physic and performance elite!



Reece is a battle-tested coach with over 15 years of full-time experience across face-to-face coaching, online coaching, group fitness, and gym ownership. As the former owner of Uplift Training and Performance, he has coached everyone from first-time gym members and busy parents to athletes and physique competitors chasing elite-level results. With well over 10,000 hours of hands-on coaching experience, Reece understands what it takes to create real transformations that actually last.
What separates Reece from most coaches is real-world experience. He’s lived through every phase of the fitness industry. From fad diets and extreme approaches to sustainable long-term transformation methods that actually work for everyday people. His coaching philosophy is simple: balance what’s optimal with what’s practical, so clients can achieve incredible results without sacrificing their lifestyle.
His own fitness journey started as the skinny, insecure kid who lacked confidence and used training as a way to completely change the trajectory of his life. What started as a bucket-list goal of competing back in 2015 eventually led him to becoming a former WFF International Sports Model competitor and opening his own gym alongside his wife at just 26 years old.
After overcoming a full tibia fracture and returning to senior football, Reece knows firsthand what resilience, discipline, and rebuilding from setbacks truly looks like. Outside of coaching, he’s a husband, father, business-minded entrepreneur, and sports fanatic who spends his weekends with family, watching the AFL and following MMA.



Mikayla hasn’t just coached people and athletes to the top of their game, she’s also done it herself. Before becoming a coach she competed professionally as a Division 1 athlete with 18 years of competitive athletics.
She not only specialises in women’s health, mindset, and sport development, but she lives and breathes it herself. She’d never tell you to do something that she wasn’t prepared, or even has done, herself.
She’s nurturing where she can be, but she can and will hold up the mirror when she sees you not living up to your potential.
