Challenges are the perfect way to kick off your next fat loss phase, or start your fitness journey. They are a way to achieve fast fat loss in an enjoyable way. Unfortunately, 80% of people simply regain that lost fat in the months after a challenge. So how can you get the fast results from a fat loss challenge, and keep it off afterwards?

1. Maintenance Phase:  After a fat loss challenge is complete, it’s not time to go back to your old ways of eating. In fact, the old ways of eating are what put that fat on in the first place! Instead, take your foot off the gas slightly to recover and enjoy yourself by entering a maintenance phase and focusing on flexible eating and enjoyable foods!
2. Keep Healthy Habits Going: One of the best parts of the FIT56 challenge is the healthy habits and coaching that comes with it. Even if your training or nutrition changes after a challenge, keep the new healthy habits you just built going to ensure your results will never go backwards! The little things like hitting your step count, focusing on protein intake, drinking water, and limiting fast food make all the difference.
3. Set New Goals: Be proud of what you achieved, but never satisfied! Take the time to set your next goals and targets, and make a plan of action to get there. It can be another fat loss goal, maintaining your weight goal, or even flipping the switch and focusing on muscle gain.
